These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Principal Ready, including our website, the TExES 268 prep course, and related services. By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.

If you are using Principal Ready on behalf of a district, university, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Access is licensed to you personally. To protect our content, accounts are limited to a set number of devices, and sharing credentials or reselling access is not permitted.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract to purchase, and you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Principal Ready is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time payment for a fixed period of access. Pricing is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Institutional and access-code enrollments are governed by the license agreement or order between Principal Ready and your organization.

Our pass or money-back guarantee applies as described on the offer at the time of purchase, including any eligibility requirements (such as completing the course and meeting stated conditions). The terms shown on the offer control.

Except where required by law or where a specific guarantee applies, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

All course materials, videos, strategies, text, and software on Principal Ready are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from the content, or use it to build a competing product.

Principal Ready is a strategy and preparation course. It does not administer the TExES 268 exam, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Texas Education Agency or the exam vendor, and we do not guarantee any particular score or outcome except as expressly stated in a written guarantee.

Do not attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or bulk-download content, share your account, or interfere with the platform or other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Principal Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
